    Conscious means aware – aware of thoughts, beliefs, feelings, words and actions. Aware of the impact those have on you - as well as on those you lead and serve.

    You become aware by observing yourself.

    With awareness comes the power to choose your response in the moment. With choice comes the freedom to be your authentic Self.

    Given the impact that leaders have on others, growing your capacity to choose is important work.

  • Change

    Awareness is the agent of change. Working with a coach accelerates awareness and opens the door to transformation.

    Growing in awareness leads to more effective leadership, increased satisfaction and greater happiness.
